The following Refund Policy applies to all Bloxlink users, and are part of the Terms of Service. All Bloxlink users and those participating in any Bloxlink services must follow Section I.
Section I: Requirements
We offer refunds within the first 7 days of your purchase at our sole discretion. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
- You must provide us with a reason for requesting a refund.
- We do not accept "bully requests". All refunds are at our sole discretion, but we are more likely to accept your request if you are civil with us.
- Disputing a purchase with the payment provider will get you and your server blacklisted from using Bloxlink.
- A receipt and order number is required.
To complete your refund, we require that you email [email protected] with your name and a receipt or proof of purchase containing the order identification number.
