This policy describes purchase terms, refunds, and policy updates.

This Purchase and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Users of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service (“Terms”).

  1. Purchases

When you purchase a Paid Subscription you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Bloxlink uses third-party payment processors to process your payment to us. You acknowledge and agree that we may obtain information about your purchase from our payment processors in order to process your purchase or refund.
  • Bloxlink may use the contact information you provide our payment processors at the time of your purchase (such as your email address) to provide you with notices and disclosures relating to or affecting your purchase or refund.
  • Bloxlink reserves the right to make changes to any benefits and perks to the Services and your Paid Subscription.
  1. Refunds

You may request a refund for the purchase of the Paid Subscription in accordance with this Policy. You can send your refund request to [email protected] from the email address associated with the transaction with the subject line “Refund Request.” Your request must:

  • Be submitted within seven (14) days of your purchase of the Paid Subscription.
  • State a valid reason for your refund request. A valid reason includes, for example, the core Bloxlink features not working, a billing error, or unauthorized charge.
  • Include your Discord user ID, billing zip code, and transaction details (such as transaction number).

When we receive all the above information, we will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund. Eligibility for a refund is determined in accordance with this Policy and our Terms. We will notify you of our decision via email (to the email address you used to request your refund). If approved, the refund will be processed within around three weeks using the original method of payment. The payment processor or your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund after we have issued it.

If you dispute a purchase with your payment provider and initiate a chargeback, you and/or your server may be banned from using Bloxlink.

  1. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy at our discretion. When we update this Policy, we will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date; any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the version of the Policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
